All Plans Have rTierra
rTierra is a very lightweight application that runs on both PC's and Macintoshes. It enables Tierra IT to have a presence on your computer network so we can resolve both computer and network problems more quickly. It also gives us the ability to remotely control your PC, when requested, to either fix a software problem or show you how to use a program or feature. And on Windows PC's it allows us to control the update process so the latest IE upgrade, to IE 10, for example, won't break things like Java or ActiveX or SQL--components many line of business applications need. Kaspersky Antivirus protection can be bundled with the rTierra agent applet.
Tierra MANAGED
For corporate environments: A full service, fixed cost IT support solution.
Initially, Tierra IT will do a project that will culminate with each PC being similarly configured for reliability and ease of use. A checklist is built from best practice guidelines and discovery interviews and the tasks are implemented in a streamlined-fashion. The network looks and feels the way you want it, is managed leveraging features already present in the Windows or Mac OS operating systems, and is maintained optimally, using those features as well as the rTierra applet. Going forward, IT maintenance and help desk support are provided at a fixed-cost basis
Tierra SMB
For established small businesses: Responsive, reliable on-site and remote services.
This is a traditional support plan consisting of computer maintenance, on-site support and basic help desk. Maintenance is performed on a periodic basis – weekly, monthly, or quarterly—with an on-site visit, in conjunction with remote tools such as rTierra. Operating system components and programs are updated, firewalls are reviewed and updated, and user support requests are scheduled. Requests needing attention, sooner, are evaluated and scheduled by the IT operations help desk. This is an hourly support plan with a discounted hourly rate.
Tierra PRO
Affordable home user support and computer repair. Discount for seniors and persons with disabilities.
Tierra Technology understands that some business have lighter needs--updates and malware protection. Tierra Pro simply vets and protects. Only Windows Critical OS and Office updates are applied (for PC's only). And Kaspersky anti-virus and malware protection (Mac and PC) provides a robust defense against the bad guys. And as always we have remote assist capability, when called upon. There is a very modest per-machine cost to this plan. Any additional support is also provided at a discounted hourly rate.
